Can I wear my Melina necklace or pendant in the shower without damaging it?

Absolutely—you can do so without hesitation. Our necklaces are specially crafted with water-resistant materials (PVD-type plating) to ensure long-lasting quality, even when exposed to moisture.

Does Melina offer personalization with special characters or in other languages like Arabic or Russian?

Yes! You can now personalize your necklace in the language of your choice, including with special characters (e.g., @, $, &, *, ♡, etc.). At Melina, we love celebrating everyone’s diversity and uniqueness!

Please note: we don’t provide translations ourselves, so enter your personalization directly in your chosen language. Assume we can engrave anything, but our most requested languages include Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Greek, and Russian.

Can I include a space in the name I want on my necklace?

You can include spaces only on our engraved or printed pieces—not on our cut-out pieces. This is due to design and manufacturing constraints.

Can I use accents in the name on my necklace?

Yes, absolutely! We want your necklace to feel as personal as possible, so feel free to include the accents you need. Just be sure to enter them correctly when you place your order.

Do you have ready-made necklaces in stock?

No. At Melina, we believe every customer is unique. For that reason, we only begin crafting your necklace after we receive your order. This allows us to deliver a truly personalized, one-of-a-kind piece.

Can I adjust the length of my necklace?

Absolutely! We know everyone has their own preferred fit. That’s why our necklaces come with a 5 cm extender, so you can wear them at the length that suits your style best.
